Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Nagar Untari Mahila P.S. Case No.34 of 2025. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the informant on the pretext of marriage. Later on, he had denied to solemnize marriage. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the marriage of the informant has been solemnized in the year 2022. It has further been submitted that admittedly there was a long-standing relationship between the petitioner and the informant and the informant had consented to the sexual advances of the petitioner. Learned counsel adds that that the petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2026. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the entire facets of the case which indicates that there was a love affair between the petitioner and the informant and the informant had consented to the sexual overtures of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagar Untari in connection with Nagar Untari Mahila P.S.
