Heard Mr.J.Sudheer, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for respondents. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the similar circumstances the coordinate Bench of this Court passed common order in a batch of Writ Petitions vide W.P.Nos.8801 of 2021 and batch on 23.01.2026 and the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is similar to that of the issue involved in the above said batch of writ petitions and prays to pass the same order. 4. Perused the common order dated 23.01.2026 in W.P.No.8801 of 2021 and batch and the issue involved in this Writ Petition is similar to the issue involved in the said batch. 6 5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed in the same lines as that of W.P.Nos.8801 of 2021 and batch. No costs. 6. Registry to tag a copy of the common order in W.P.Nos.8801 of 2021 and batch dated 23.01.2026 to this Writ Petition.
