The petitioner has filled this petition seeking the following reliefs:- “i) That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case. ii) That, the Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ for directing the respondents to immediately release the pension, gratuity, Family welfare fund, GPF amount of Rs. (275030.00) payment of the difference amount of Rs. 341839.00 for the suspension period from 19/04/2024 to 17/01/2025 and payment of the difference amount of Rs. 208284.00 for the time-bound pay scale, total amount of Rs. 825153.00 (Rupees Eight Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Three only) with interest. iii) Cost of the the petitioner petition may also be granted to iv) That, any other relief, which the petitioner is entitled and this Hon'ble court kindly, be granted to the petitioner. deems it fit may kindly be granted to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner while working on the post of Assistant Revenue Inspector stood retired after attaining the age of superannuation on 28.02.2025, however, he has not been paid any amount towards retiral dues. Petitioner has submitted representation, however, till date no decision has been taken on the representation submitted by petitioner. Therefore, direction be issued to respondents No.4 and 5 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified period. 3 3. Learned State counsel submits that grievance of petitioner is against respondent No.4 and 5 for whom he is not appearing. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for petitioner and the nature of grievance raised and submission of learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner has already submitted representation before respondents No.4 and 5, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondents No.4 and 5 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. Petitioner is permitted to submit fresh representation and if such representation is submitted, same shall be considered in accordance with observation made above. 5.
