Doloi, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the applicants/Union of India, who submits that by filing this application, the applicants seek impleadment of (1) The Commander, Headquarter 351 Infantry Brigade, Tenga, West Kameng District, Arunachal Pradesh and (2) The Assistant Quartermaster General, 351 Infantry Brigade, Tenga, West Kameng District, Arunachal Pradesh as respondent Nos. 10 and 11 in the Page No.# 5/5 main writ petition since the 77 Mountain Brigade arrayed as respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have already shifted to other location. He submits that since they have been replaced by the 351 Infantry Brigade, the impleadment as prayed for is necessary for proper adjudication of the matter. 2. Mr. B. Picha, learned counsel for the opposite parties/ writ petitioners submits that he has no objection to the prayer for impleadment of the said respondents. 3. In view of above, the prayer for impleadment is hereby allowed. In other words, instead of the original respondent Nos. 4 and 5, the Commander, Headquarter 351 Infantry Brigade and the Assistant Quartermaster General, 351 Infantry Brigade be impleaded as respondent Nos. 4 and 5. The opposite parties/writ petitioners shall file the amended cause title in two sets with a copy to the other side within a period of one week. 4.
