The petitioners are an accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No.118 of 2026. 3. The TOTO driver and his friends had assaulted the informant and snatched a gold chain and a cash of Rs.7220/-. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury report reveals abrasions and lacerated wound. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are in custody since 21.04.2026 and none of the petitioners have any criminal antecedent. Learned counsel further submits that the incident has occurred on account of altercation with respect to the fare of the TOTO. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
