It has been alleged that the petitioner had committed theft of a Hywa truck. The said truck was recovered at the instance of the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2025, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S.
