The petitioner is aged about 68 years and he is in custody since 10.05.2026. 5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Although the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Giridih in connection with Hirodih P.S.
