Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition charge has been framed against the petitioner and the order framing charge has not been challenged in the present petition, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition to file it afresh challenging the order framing charge. 3. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the order framing charge.
