Heard Mr. Rahul Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No.50 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that in the restaurant of the petitioner nine commercial gas cylinders were recovered which were kept by Sandeep Sahu for refilling small gas cylinders and selling them at a higher price. 4. It appears that specific allegation has been levelled against Sandeep Sahu. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2026. 5. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned JMFC at Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
