This is an application for recalling the order dated February 16, 2026 passed by this Court whereby this revisional application was dismissed for default. 3. Perused the petition and the reason assigned for not appearing before this Court. Prima facie, it appears that explanation not satisfactory enough, hence considered. 4. Hence, the order dated February 16, 2026 is hereby recalled and this matter be restored to its original file and number. 5. Accordingly, interim order, if any granted earlier is also revived. 6. Accordingly, CRAN 12 of 2026 is disposed of. In Re. CRAN 11 of 2026 7. This is an application for extension of interim order granted on October 13, 2022, subsequently extended on December 9, 2025 which was in force up to January 31, 2026. 8. The application has been filed within the time and prays for extension of the said interim order. 9. Copy of this application has been served upon the upon the opposite party. 10. Considering the urgency of the matter, the interim order passed by this court is further extended till April 30, 2026 or until further order whichever is earlier. 11. Accordingly, CRAN 11 of 2026 is disposed of. 12. The matter be listed in the Monthly List of April 2026 under the heading “Contested Application”. 13.
