The motorcycle of the informant was stolen by thieves. It appears that on the disclosure of the petitioner ten stolen motorcycles were recovered, although the motorcycle of the informant was not recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2026. 4. Regard being had to the nature of offence, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Domchanch P.S.
