Accordingly, the amendment petition was ordered by this Court on 05.03.2026. However, now the learned counsel for the petitioners came to know that the appropriate authority would be "The State represented by the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch-I, Team-III, Chennai - CCB, Chennai District." Hence, he prayed this Court to amend the cause title accordingly. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent endorsed the said submission. 4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, it is clarified that the appropriate authority would be "The State represented by the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch-I, Team-III, Chennai - CCB, Chennai District." 5.
