Chaturvedi, Advocate For the O.P.(s)-State : Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, A.P.P. 02/09.01.2026 The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 26.09.2025 passed by this Court in B.A. No. 8879 of 2025 with regard to the condition that one of the bailors will be the father of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the applicant was granted regular bail in B.A. No. 8879 of 2025 vide order dated 26.09.2025 with a condition that one of the bailors would be his father. However, as a matter of fact, the father of the applicant has already died. It is further submitted that wife of the applicant is ready and willing to be a bailor of the applicant. 3. Having been satisfied with the explanation so furnished in the instant Cr. M.P., the order darted 26.09.2025 passed in B.A. No. 8879 of 2025 is modified to the extent that instead of father, the wife of the applicant will be the bailor.
