The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jaldega P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026. 3. Some unknown miscreants had set ablaze a JCB Machine at a construction site. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no direct allegation of any extortion or the setting ablaze of the JCB Machine by the petitioner. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner had provided 400 fake SIM cards to Sonu @ Anish for Rs. 1,90,000/-. 6. However, there being no materials to suggest that the petitioner was involved in extortion and the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Jaldega P.S.
