The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession a country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. On his confessional statement, three country made rifles with cartridges were recovered. 4. Although the petitioner has got criminal antecedent as stated by the learned APP but regard being had to the fact that he is in custody since 09.08.2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra in connection with Lawalong P.S.
