--------- 02/ 25.03.2026 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 96 of B.N.S. and u/s. 8/12 of POCSO Act.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has neither taken away the informant’s daughter forcefully or by making inducement nor committed the occurrence as alleged in the FIR. The statement of the victim was recorded u/s. 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S but that does not disclose any adverse allegation either of making physical relationship or application of any force and inducement. Further, the victim herself had refused for medical examination. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.01.2026; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition imposed by this court.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the above and also the fact that there is no chance of early conclusions of trial; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
