Petitioner seeks issuance of writ directing the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for a period of six weeks in order to enable him to participate in IVF treatment of his wife. 3. But on being pointed out that till date, petitioner has not filed any representation for parole before the competent authority, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the request that the present petition may be treated as representation.
