Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "i) To pass a suitable order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- V, District Prayagraj to decide the Misc. Case No.268 of 2023 (State Versus Ajay Kumar Mishra), pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, District Prayagraj, as early as possible within a short and stipulated period, to which, this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. (Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the informant before the court concerned. 4.
