At the time of hearing Mr. Rahaman, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner/appellant in his usual fairness submits before this Court that he intends to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for ventilating the grievance of the writ petitioner/appellant.
2. Leave as prayed for is granted.
3. In view of view of such, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. With the dismissal of the appeal as withdrawn the connected application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
