KAMAL ORAL ORDER This petition is by accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking transfer of case in CC No.78473/2025 pending on the file of XXXIV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mayohall Unit, Bengaluru and CC No.276/2026 pending on the file of II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, to either any one of the Court for disposal in accordance with law. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23020 CRL.P No. 4023 of 2026 2. The case of the petitioners is that both the cases have been initiated by complainant-respondent against the accused-petitioners herein and it would be convenient if either of the matter is made over to either of the Court. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-complainant has filed a memo indicating no objection which reads as under: "The respondent has no objection to transfer CC No.276/2026 pending on the file of the II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Bengaluru Rural District Bengaluru to XXXIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mayohall Unit) Bengaluru where another case pending case in CC No.78473/2025 and accordingly the above petition may be disposed off." 4. Thus, learned counsel for respondent indicates no objection for allowing the petition. Accordingly, following: ORDER Petition is allowed. Case in CC No. 276/2026 on the file of II Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, be withdrawn and placed before XXXIV Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mayohall Unit, Bengaluru, to be tried along with CC No.78473/2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:23020 CRL.P No. 4023 of 2026 Trial Court shall dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
