Mr. Rajesh Kosh, learned counsel for respondent No.5 has produced a copy of communication dated 05.06.2026, issued by Assistant Accounts Officer, Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh alongwith PPO- cum-Commutation Payment Order, whereby the pension of the petitioner has been authorized w.e.f. 04.06.2026 and the date 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 of start of pension has been mentioned as 01.01.2018, which is taken on record.

Since respondent No.5 has issued the PPO-cum- Commutation Payment Order and has authorized the pension w.e.f. 04.06.2026 and the date of start of pension has been fixed w.e.f. 01.01.2018, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No. 7891 of 2025, titled, Smt. Kaushlaya Devi Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case respondents No.1 to 4/Competent Authority do not pay the arrears of pension w.e.f. 01.01.2018 within three months from today to the petitioner, she shall be at liberty to file an application seeking revival of the execution petition.
3. The execution petition is accordingly disposed of, so also pending miscellaneous applications, if any. (Jiya Lal Bhardwaj)
