The petitioner is an accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant and his son were brutally assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioners. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that one of the accused persons namely Arun Kumar has been granted bail in B.A. No. 6323 of 2025. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2026 and the allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Hazaibagh in connection with Katkamdag P.S.
