The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks to grant the petitioner disability pension and ex gratia lump sum compensation from the date said benefits were due to the petitioner, i.e., his invalidation from service on the ground of physical unfitness till date of their release. 2. Heard. 3. Drawing support from the proceedings of the Medical Board, it is urged that the petitioner suffered depression because of aggravated service conditions. 4.
