The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siyaljori P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in exactly similar circumstance one of the co-accused Uday Singh @ Uday Kumar Singh has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2672 of 2026. It has been submitted that the petitioner was also the owner of one of the motorcycles. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to that of the co-accused as noted above, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bokaro in connection with Siyaljori P. S. Case No. 05 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. This application stands allowed.
