2/04.06.2026 Heard Mr. Ram Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Airport P.S. Case No. 21 of 2026.
The petitioner was apprehended by the police and a country-made pistol and two cartridges were recovered from the vehicle.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is a diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education, Jharkhand. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2026.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. in connection with Airport P.S. Case No. 21 of 2026.
