For the O.P. : Spl.P.P. --- 02/04.06.2026 Heard Mr. Rishu Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Spl.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Rail Ranchi P.S. Case No. 04 of 2023(N). It has been alleged that two persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession10.760 grams of ganja was recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the apprehended accused, who have been granted bail in B.A. No.5551 of 2023 and B.A. No.6593 of 2023. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2026. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, Ranchi in connection with Rail Ranchi P.S.
