2. The issue pertains to the cadre restructuring in the ITBP qua the veterinary group cadre.
3. The petitioner states that the consolidated guidelines issued by the DoPT on 30th September, 2022, provides for consultation with the stakeholders. He has drawn support from sub-clause 2 of Clause 4.1 of the said guidelines to substantiate the claim that, even if, the petitioners are not permitted to form the association, they can be termed as representative of This is a digitally signed order. 4. As far as the issue of cadre restructuring is concerned, the same is purely within the domain of the respondent.
5. In our opinion, the writ petition itself can be treated as objections of the petitioners and the same be placed before the respondents, before taking the final decision.
6. The respondents may consider the grounds stated in the writ petition as objections of the petitioners.
7. With above liberty and observation, the petition stands disposed of.
