Ms. Kamakshi Tarlokta, Advocate, vice Mr. Amit Himalvi, Advocate, for non-applicants/respondent No.3. CMP No.16565 of 2026 By way of the present application, a prayer has been made on behalf of appellant/applicant No.3-Akshit Guleria, to discharge his natural guardian, on the ground that Akshit Guleria, son of Ashwani Kumar, has now attained the age of majority. In order to demonstrate the said fact, copy of matriculation examination certificate of the appellant/applicant No.3, has been annexed with the application, according to which, his date of birth is 03.04.2008. In view of above, the application, under consideration, is allowed and natural guardian of appellant/applicant No.3, is ordered to be discharged. The application is, thus, disposed of. CMP No. 16569 of 2026 By way of present application, a prayer has been made to release the amount of compensation, falling in the share of applicant No.1-Reeta Devi and applicant No.3-Akshit Guleria, in the present case. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicants, the remaining amount of compensation falling in the share of applicants, namely Reeta Devi and Akshit Guleria are ordered to be released in their favour, alongwith up-to-date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank accounts of the applicants, particulars of which have been mentioned in para-3 of the application. It is clarified that the remaining amount be released, as per the order passed by the learned MACT-III, Mandi. The application is, thus, disposed of. (Virender Singh) Judge July 15, 2026 (subhash)
