Accordingly, the order dated 29.05.2026 is modified to the extent that at paragraph 7 of the said order learned Additional Session Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar shall now be read as "learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro" and Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2026 shall now be read as "Marafari P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025". The order is accordingly modified. 3. Let a copy of this order be sent through F.A.X. to the concerned Court.
