In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the undisputed fact that I.A.No.10 filed by the petitioner has not been disposed of by the trial Court even till today, without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.10 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter, proceed further in the matter. 4. All rival contentions and all aspects of the matter are kept open and no opinion is expressed on the merits/demerits of the rival contentions.
