P.P. --- 2/04.06.2026 Heard Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl. P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tatanagar Rail P.S. Case No. 136 of 2025. The petitioner and other persons were apprehended by the police and on search 36.5 kg Ganja was recovered. Though, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Ganja was recovered from the individual accused which would be apparent from the seizure list at different point of time and that the petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2025, but regard being had to the fact that a commercial quantity of Ganja was recovered from the joint possession of the accused persons including the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
