By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: “a) Issue a writ of certiorari, or any other appropriate writ, order This is a digitally signed order. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 20/08/2026 at 11:32:14 or direction, quashing and setting aside the Order dated 27.06.2026 bearing No. 30309/GeM/Gen/77/E3ES issued by Respondent No. 3 (Annexure P-1), insofar as it debars the Petitioner for a period of six months from participation in any bid in the Area of Responsibility of Project Udayak; b) Issue a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing Respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 to forthwith withdraw, recall and expunge the said debarment from all records, registers and databases maintained by or on behalf of the Ministry of Defence and the Border Roads Organisation; c) Award to the Petitioner the costs of and incidental to the present petition...” 4. Issue notice. The learned counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 4 accepts notice. 5. The petitioner states that it had made detailed representations to respondent on. 3 seeking withdrawal of the debarment order, primarily on the ground that the process which was to be followed for passing such order has not been followed. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that no show cause notice or opportunity of hearing was granted to the petitioner, before the order was passed. 6. After hearing arguments addressed on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent no. 1, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the present petition filed before this Court be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the respondents are directed to decide the same, within a period of one week from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein. 7. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. 8. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court by filing a fresh writ petition. 9.
