Case No. 30 of 2024 corresponding to S.T. Case No.58 of 2026. The husband of the informant was murdered by the petitioner and others. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been suspected on account of the fact that about 8 years back the deceased was abducted by the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been implicated upon the confession of a co-accused and he is in custody since 15.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got several criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has been implicated merely on account of suspicion, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C. – XVII, Ranchi in connection with Macluskiganj P.S.
