Mazumdar, learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No. 199 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that husband of the informant was shot dead and suspicion was cast upon the accused persons. 4. Learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the co- accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 3087 of 2026 and B.A. No. 3790 of 2026. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been named on account of suspicion. Learned Sr. counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2026. 5. Although, it has been submitted by learned Spl.P.P. that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has been implicated primarily on account of suspicion and that the several co-accused persons have been granted bail as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chandil in connection with Chandil P.S.
