P.P. …...... 02/ 09.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 324(5), 326(f), 111(3), 111(4), 308(4), 308(5), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of Arms Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the record, I find that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The only material against this petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused, who named the petitioner. Though there are two antecedents except this case, but the petitioner has been released on bail in both the cases. Further, co-accused namely, Mukesh Kumar on whose statement, the petitioner has been made an accused has been released on bail in B.A. No.11283 of 2025 vide order dated 14.01.2026 by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Balumath Police Station Case No.80 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand.
