The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 72 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that the petitioner had developed acquaintance with the informant and thereafter, the petitioner had established physical relation with her on numerous occasions and had also made an obscene video of the same. On the threat of making the video viral, an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- was demanded by the petitioner. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no electronic material containing the objectionable video has been collected by the Investigating Officer. It has further been submitted that admittedly, the petitioner and the informant were having a love-affair but only after the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized, the First Information Report was instituted. 5. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2026. 6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 72 of 2026. 8. This application stands allowed. (RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY, J.)
