The petition is filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to set aside the impugned order dated 10.09.2026 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Prayagraj (Allahabad) in Misc. Case No. 600/2026 (Smt. Radha Vs. Sonu Vishwakarma), under section 147 of B.N.S.S., Police Station Handia, District-Prayagraj. (ii) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Principal Judge, Family Court, Prayagraj not to implement the impugned order dated 10.9.2026 passed in Misc. Case No. 600/2026 (Smt. Radha Vs. Sonu Vishwakarma)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amount of maintenance was fixed against the petitioner-husband by order dated 25.2.2026. The previous balance as per the order dated 10.9.2026 is Rs. 89,000/- and the petitioner is also required to pay Rs. 8000/- per month maintenance in accordance with the order dated 25.2.2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the salary of the petitioner is to the tune of Rs. 37,446/- and the trial court has directed to recover the previous amount of Rs. 89,000/- in three installments from the salary of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that apart from Rs. 8000/- per month which is already deducted from the salary of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shreeprakash Singh, Vishwanath Vishwakarma Counsel for Respondent(s) : Sonu Vishwakarma .....Petitioner(s) Smt. Radha .....Respondent(s) petitioner, petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month as per order dated 10.9.2026. 4. In view of the aforesaid, Rs. 10,000/- per month shall be paid by the petitioner in nine installments in respect of previous balance of Rs. 89000/- starting from 15.10.2026 as per order dated 10.9.2026 along with the current amount of Rs. 8000/- per month as maintenance as per order dated 25.2.2026. To the aforesaid extent, the order dated 10.9.2026 is modified. The employer is required to deduct the aforesaid amount from the salary of the petitioner. 5.
