JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA Order 13/01/2026 This second interim bail application has been filed by the accused petitioner in connection with FIR No. 204/2022 registered at Police Station Bagar, District Jhunjhunu, seeking interim bail for appearing in BA Semester-I Written Examination, 2026, scheduled to be held from 13.01.2026 to 02.02.2026. In view of the application for interim bail, learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the report of the concerned police station wherein it has been apprehended that in case the accused petitioner is released on bail, there could be a situation where law and order situations may become worse and there could be a chance of gang war. [2026:RJ-JP:1440] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-624/2026] Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused petitioner and so also the report submitted by learned Public Prosecutor and the fact that the accused petitioner has moved this application for appearing in BA Semester -I examination, this Court deems just and proper to allow the petitioner to appear in the BA Semester-I examination (scheduled from 13.01.2026) in the police custody. The Jail Superintendent, Jhunjhunu is directed to make arrangements for appearance of the petitioner in the BA Semester-I examination, 2026 in the police custody on due dates as per the schedule of examination. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the brother of the accused petitioner is ready to make available the text books and required stationary for preparation of the examination. The Jail Superintend is directed to make arrangements of the text books and required stationary through the brother of the accused petitioner.
