Heard Mr. Anupam Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 333 of 2025.
3. It has been alleged that the informant had invested in the company of the brother-in-law of the informant, but when the money was demanded, an agreement was entered into that the amount will be paid by 30.07.2025, but the same had not been adhered to.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no specific allegations has been levelled against the petitioner save and except the fact that an amount of Rs. 2,96,000/- was transferred by the informant to his account. It has been submitted that the main allegation of duping the informant is upon his brother-in-law namely Yuvraj Sao.

Learned counsel submits that in similar circumstances, one of the co- accused, namely, Rohit Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 2790 of 2026.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
7. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts of this case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Sadar P.S. Case
