Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of office order dated 07.07.2026, passed by Senior Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, HPSEBL, Bilaspur, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been granted the work charge status on completion of eight years of regular service as daily wage period w.e.f. 01.10.1986 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 in the capacity of T/mate (W/C) and his pay is refixed on notional basis upto 30.09.1994 and thereafter on actual basis. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 14.11.2025 passed in CWP No. 17679 of 2025, titled Bimla Devi Vs. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and Anr., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
