Virender Singh, Judge (oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 5.1.2026, passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, H.P. in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 11 of 2025, titled as, ‘Subhash Chand versus Rajender Kumar’. 2. By way of order dated 5.1.2026, the appeal filed by the petitioner, against the order dated 2.5.2025 passed in CMA No. 335 of 2025, by the learned Civil 2 Judge, Court No. 2, Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, H.P. has been dismissed. 3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner Subhash Chand to re-construct the old cowshed on old lines, as shown in Annexure P-7, which shall form part of this order. However, the construction so raised, shall be subject to final outcome of the lis, pending between the parties. 4. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent, petitioner is directed not to throw debris in the adjoining land, bearing Khasra Nos. 114 and 130. 5.
