The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 228/2025. The brother of the informant was murdered and suspicion was cast upon the petitioner and others. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly there are no eye-witnesses to the incident and the petitioner has been implicated primarily on account of suspicion. Learned counsel adds that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A.3265/2026 and B.A. No.3521/2026. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has been implicated on suspicion, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Chainpur P.S.
