The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 61 of 2026. 3. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession, two mobile phones with two SIM cards and an ATM card were recovered. He was suspected to be involved in cyber crime. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S.
