The petitioners have filled this petition seeking the following reliefs:- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 “10.1 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to directed the respondent authorities to call records, pertaining to the instant matter. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to grant Compassionate Appointment to petitioner with their department at Class IV post, considering her academic qualification. 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the Petitioner's Application at the earliest. 10.4 That, any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper together with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that late Kartik Ram during his lifetime was employed with respondents on the post of Sweeper Grade-III. During his life time, initially he married with Heera Bai and from his wedlock, they were blessed with son Bhagirathi. Hira Bai left the house of Kartik Ram and deserted him due to which Kartik Ram performed marriage with Fagni Bai, mother of petitioner and from their wedlock, petitioner born. During his service, Kartik Raam died in harness and thereafter, petitioner submitted an application for grant of compassionate appointment, however, due to objection raised at that time by Heera Bai and Bhagirathi, application remained pending. As of now, the objectors Heera Bai and Bhagirathi both have died and thereafter, petitioner has submitted subsequent application mentioning all the relevant subsequent events, however, till date the claim of petitioner for grant of dependent employment has not been considered. 3 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that he has instructions to submit that application submitted by petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties and further considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing the respondents authorities to consider the claim of petitioner for grant of dependent employment in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. 5. Counsel for respondents is directed to inform the authorities with regard to the order passed by this Court. 6. With the aforesaid observation and directions, this writ petition stands disposed off.
