Heard Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. 2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 11923 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that from the Bolero Car, 201.1 KG of Doda was recovered. The petitioner was the driver of the car. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.S.L. Report has till date not been submitted. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2025. 5. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the commercial quantity of Doda recovered and the presence of the petitioner having been ascertained, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner, which stands rejected, once again, at this stage.
