The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that when the Revenue Officials had come for the demarcation of a plot of land, they were assaulted by the petitioners and others. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there has been a counter-case lodged with respect to the same incident being Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2025. It has further been submitted that the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and in similar circumstances, one of the co-accused has been granted Anticipatory Bail in A.B.A. No. 2465 of 2026. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 6. Regard being had to the fact that a similarly situated co-accused has been granted Anticipatory Bail as noted above, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, FC Palamau in connection with Chhatarpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 8. This application stands allowed. (RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY, J.)
