The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 17/2024 of Police Station Mayur Vihar for offence under Section 307/376/313/34 IPC. 2. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he raped the prosecutrix and slit her throat and also killed the foetus. One of the grounds taken by the accused/applicant for grant of bail is that he was not supplied the grounds of arrest. This ground for grant of bail was taken by the accused/applicant before the learned Court of Sessions and it was rejected, after which the accused/applicant filed another bail application before this court, but withdrew the same.
