The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to forthwith stop operation/running of the illegal the unrecognized institution namely K.D. Memorial Academy Junior High School, Jogam, Gauribazar, Deoria." 2. The petitioner is a Principal of Om Shiv Shakti Balika Primary and Junior School situated in Village Jogam, P.S. Gauribazar, District Deoria; and he has not shown any individual cause of action in relation to the prayer made in the writ petition. 3. The Court is of the opinion that this petition has been filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation and, accordingly, is not maintainable at the behest of the petitioner. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty lies with the petitioner to take recourse to any remedy available under law.
