1. This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking exemption from filing uncertified/dim/illegible documents.
2. Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. However, true/typed/translated/clear copies of the documents with proper margins be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the respondent.
3. The application stands disposed of.

4. This is a petition under Section 29A (4) & (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in arbitration titled as M/s Era Infra Engineering Limited vs. Central Public Works Department having Case Ref.

5. It is stated that the Arbitration proceedings are at the stage of final
arguments, which have commenced. Learned counsel are ad idem that the time for mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal be extended for a period of 12 months from date. It is also informed that the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal had expired on 26.06.2026.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having considered the issue, it appears appropriate to regularize the time lapsed from 26.06.2026 till date and further grant extension of 12 months from date to the Arbitral Tribunal so as to conclude the hearing and pass its award.
7. In terms of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed and disposed of.
