The petitioner is an accused in connection with Meral P.S. Case No.219 of 2025. 3. The petitioner and the other co-accused had abducted the wife and child of the informant and had committed their murders. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except suspicion and self-statement of the petitioner there is no other material which would indicate about the complicity of the petitioner in commission of the murders. Learned counsel further adds that the petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2025. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the fact that only material available against the petitioner is the self-confession of the petitioner as well as suspicion, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Garhwa in connection with Meral P.S.
